SAVE THE DATE:

Callbacks weekend is scheduled for Saturday, March 20th, and Sunday, March 21st, 2020 in Barrie, ON (and online where travel is prohibited).  If you advance to Callbacks, you will be able to choose one of these two dates to continue in the process.  It is recommended that you put this time aside now to avoid disappointment.   There is no "alternative time" for callbacks to be scheduled for a "private audition".

MANDATORY INFORMATION SESSION

Due to COVID-19 this information session will be moved to an online meeting.

MASS SIGNING DATE:

Mass contract and paperwork signing will take place online in small groups based on the similarity of signing needs during COVID-19.

**Due to the timelines of the application process, and the date of funding announcements in relation to the beginning of the summer performance season, we proceed to audition, call back and interview potential candidates, and rank candidates for future hiring opportunities.   No offers of employment can be extended until we receive notification of our application status, typically around the end of April each year.   We can only fill positions that are funded through Canada Summer Jobs as there is no alternative source of revenue for these positions.  Thank you for your understanding.

* Candidates must be ages 16-30 on their first day of work to meet the criteria for funding for this program. No exceptions can be made. Thank you for your understanding.
